Spotless room Easy check in & out p900

The hotel is modern and clean. High floor gives me a good view enjoying the rising sun. The breakfast is full of choice and is generous. Also the staff are very helpful during breakfast time. The hotel situates in the district that have shopping mall and many decent restaurants and cafes. Local food is around. Also it is next to the MRT station offering convenient transportation and connecting to other popular places.

We have spent 4 nights at the hotel and it was fantastic. We were really happy with the location. Staff were great. Polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. Extra bed for our daughter arrived before we made it from the lift to our room. Rooms were very clean and decent in size. Gym and swimming pool were great and we all loved it. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The property had a nice airy feel to the place which in Singapore is a rarity as all hotels are high rises with buildings on all sides . What I did not like was the rooms were small And so were the bathrooms . Very tight squeeze for a luxury hotel . Upgrades are difficult to come by in terms of points as their loyalty program has its limitations as the brand geographical spread is limited . The hotel was amazing. We were on the 11th floor. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was large and the bathroom clean and spacious. Complementary tea and coffee in the room as well as a tap with filtered water. The service always exceptional. As Expedia customers, we got access to the Executive Club with free drinks, afternoon tea and evening snacks.

The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

I had a lovely stay here and would stay again. My room was very comfortable and spacious with excellent housekeeping. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location is a little out of the way but a bus stop is within 10 minutes walk and the island bus service is excellent and cheap and easy to use with a credit card tap in/out system.

We loved The Park Royal. It was a great location, friendly and helpful staff and the choice at breakfast was excellent.
