The check in process was a breeze and the staff on reception were very helpful. The hotel room was spacious and luxurious. It was a pity we were only there for one night, but we were flying out the following day. I'd definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza and will almost definitely stay there the next time we're in Singapore."
