Excellent value for money. Room had its own fridge, hair dryer, microwave, all very new. Breakfast was included and plenty of variety. Only about 15 mins drive from centre of New Orleans. Free, large car park.

Close enough for a 15 minute drive to the French Quarter. Loads of restaurants nearby although the immediate vicinity has no touristy attractions. Stayed here because most of the other hotels were either full or overpriced as Mrs Jay Z was in town same weekend I stayed there. Really friendly staff;reception, house keeping, all of them.

A great hotel about 10/15 mins walk from the main streets. We felt it was a really safe area with good transport links. Bus stop to airport was 5 min walk away. You enter at street level and use an elevator to go to 11th floor where reception is. Great breakfast each morning, did get a little busy at weekend. Room was large, clean and provided everything we needed.

We had a 3 night stay here in New Orleans whilst travelling and have stayed at many Holiday Inns during our travels over the years.
We chose this one as although it was a 20 minute uber ride into central New Orleans, the parking was easier here.
We had a drink one evening in the bar and was given polystyrene cups instead of a glass which wasn't a great way to enjoy a drink in a nice bar.
The room was lovely - it was spacious with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed, plus a settee.

Generally nice, pleasant staff, particularly Savannah.
Got impression that walls are a bit thin as we had minor issued with noise from other guests, maybe we were just unlucky.
Hotel convenient for ferry from Algiers to New Orleans. At Algiers, can park on streets nearby. During day the ferry leaves Algiers o clock and half past and returns every half hour at quarter past and quarter to the hour.

Lovely newly renovated hotel. In keeping with original building. Great air conditioning. Super riverside location and easy access to French quarter. Bar area quiet and pool small but served its purpose. We would definitely recommend it.

Room was a good size with a lovely large bathroom which was clean and modern. Food in the hotel was of a good quality. The staff on reception were all friendly and welcoming especially James who was very warm and helpful providing recommendations of where to eat close by.
