"Feels like a glorified “serviced apartment” more than a hotel — no staff onsite except the occasional cleaning person. No luggage storage, but there are locations nearby to store your bags (via Bounce, ~ $15 for 2 bags for the day). With that said, the room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Great price compared to other accommodations in the area — location is A+, walkable to many bars & restaurants and the red line. All communication with the property was clear. Overall, would stay again."

"The room was clean. There were towels ready for us to use. It is a shared bathroom, but we didn’t have any issues getting into the bathrooms and using them when needed. There were plenty of amenities in the bathroom available for use the beds we’re fine enough and met our expectations. The area is full of restaurants and places to eat and see, we were there for a Cubs game. Dorothy’s is perfect walking distance to the game and we didn’t have any issues finding the place getting our parking pass and finding parking all worked out as well. Everything is very clear in the instructions they send you."

"We had a great stay with our two your kids. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, close enough to the downtown but away from the worst of the high traffic. It was also a fun, safe neighborhood to explore. We happened to be there during a festival right down the street. The suites had everything we needed and we were even able to ask for more things for our kids to use (toddler plates, cups, a stepstool)."

"Cute boutique hotel close to shopping, food, Wrigley Field and other landmarks of interest. Wasn't aware of the construction going on until we checked in. No elevator but we were able to get a ride up to the 4th floor in the service elevator. Building is very old, stairwells are narrow, rooms are small and the bathroom is even smaller. Sink was very low when compared to more modern facilities. Bed was comfortable. Suited our needs but wouldn't stay there again until construction is completed."
