"Outstanding stay. My wife and I stayed in the large 2 bedroom apartment with the King beds and very nice living room and kitchenette. The entire boutique property is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and we swam in the pool every night. The pool has very nice jets to soothe your muscles and the water temperature was perfect. Chef Domingo and assistant chef Miguel served us outstanding breakfasts and brunch. We always ordered the extras during our meals instead of just the standard breakfast. The Mexican dishes were superb and I loved the fresh organic beetroot mix jam. Samuel was very attentive and helpful and Kenia was very pleasant and arranged a pleasant pontoon boat ride on Lake Bacalar. The lake and Los Rapidos are only a quick 25 minute drive along with multiple cenotes nearby. The property is fenced off for security. We had a very peaceful stay. It's a short 2km drive off the main highway via an unpaved road, which is part of the experience in the Maya forest. Bring mosquito spray as all of the Yucatan forest has ubiquitous mosquitoes. Spray that on twice a day and you will be very well prepared for this amazing jungle and Lake experience."

"Al ser temporada baja el menú del restaurante estaba limitado a pocos platillos, sin embargo , la calidad de los mismo era excelente. Las escaleras para bajas a la laguna estaba en mal estado y daban la apariencia de muy viejas y las tablas de pádel en mal estado y muy pocos! El staff fue muy amable siempre atento a nuestras necesidades"

"Great place to stay, staff stay on top of everything. Has 2 pools multiple dining areas outside and 1 indoor an outdoor bar. Food is decent I recommend changing it up and going to the town. They will call a taxi for you. Everyone has their own tub outside their room."
