"We feel the breakfast let the hotel down. Times stated are 7am to 10am. That should mean that there should be full availability and the hot food should be hot. We had our breakfast at 9 each morning and the hot food was warm not hot. It was a shame as it did let the hotel down. We did enjoy a very tasty meal in the early evening."

"Disturbing levels of plant room noise and vibration day and night, resonates through building Bonny View. Bedside table and light switch on one side of bed only annoying if you are a couple. No floor towel in bathroom ."

"Good small hotel. Our family stayed here for the second time; the staff is friendly and attentive. The swimming pool is nice. Now it has a better breakfast and good coffee. The bed is the best size, and the bedding is great because there are 4 pillows. Thank you for a wonderful time. "

"The room was absolutely beautiful. Check-in was smooth and the check-in team was so lovely and helpful. We ordered room service, and they were so prompt and lovely. We enjoyed some food at the Jigger Inn and the staff there were also really amazing. One particular member of staff was a champ at helping us pay for a bill for a table of 12 people. They also accommodated my husband’s allergies and were really top notch about it. We got to St. Andrew’s by way of train, we pulled in to the Luechers train stop and then took the bus to St. Andrews, the bus stops directly at a bus stop right down the road from the hotel, and it was a 2 minute walk to the hotel."

"Booked to play golf at Carnoustie for one night. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed for what I needed. Bed was comfy and I slept pretty well. Would definitely use them again."
