"Lack of communication, no real check in; just trouble.
I booked this place from the airport in an emergency situation; couldn’t get in since there was no information that the property was an apartment, no information regarding the apartment number that I booked in, no access code, and the front desk didn’t allow me access.
After more than 3 hours trying to contact the property manager, unsuccessfully, I had to book another hotel for the night.
Sarcastically, next day I received a welcome message...
"Absolutely not luxury as described. Checkin complicated, nobody speaks english. And then they want to charge fees for a used dirty towel with Coca Cola on it… ridiculous"

"Hotel is fine. WiFi worked and there was a desk to use, plenty of space. Breakfast was fine (but not amazing).
A couple of things to note:
1- it's right next to the stadium, so check their schedule before you book, as the street is closed on game days and/or if there's a concert (didn't happen to me, but it could be disruptive)
2- Uber can't stop on the left (correct) side of the street, and at least one driver I asked to go into the hotel parking didn't want to. So it can be a little uncomfortable coming and going by Uber (as opposed to most hotels where the car can pull up right to the front door)"
