They never answered so I went on the checkin day to the property, the guy at the building did not know who I was or which appartment I reserved. He did also not have the checkin information. They did not reply the whole day, neither mail or telephone, so I could not enter the room and had to find another hotel in the evening after hours of waiting in the lobby of the building... most ridiculous and...
