I booked this place from the airport in an emergency situation; couldn’t get in since there was no information that the property was an apartment, no information regarding the apartment number that I booked in, no access code, and the front desk didn’t allow me access. After more than 3 hours trying to contact the property manager, unsuccessfully, I had to book another hotel for the night. Sarcastically, next day I received a welcome message...

"They told me to write them or call them 48h before the checkin to receive the checkin information. They never answered so I went on the checkin day to the property, the guy at the building did not know who I was or which appartment I reserved. He did also not have the checkin information. They did not reply the whole day, neither mail or telephone, so I could not enter the room and had to find another hotel in the evening after hours of waiting in the lobby of the building... most ridiculous and...
