"A minha experiência foi excelente! O flat é muito limpo e bonito. Tem uma ótima varanda para as refeições. Muito confortável! O check-in foi muito rápido e prático e o Paulo é muito prestativo. "The very first contact was so rude saying that in Brazil i should only speak Portuguese ! The receptionist was sleeping in the same room and at the point at 11 in the morning i got a phone call. And he strated to insult me and hit the walls !!! Incredible !!!

"The days of my stay were very cold, and the apartment had no heating system. The blanket was extremely thin, so I was a bit cold during the night. When I asked for a heater or extra blanket, I was told it wasn't possible. The apartment is very nice, but the service was average to poor. "

"Hotel is fine. WiFi worked and there was a desk to use, plenty of space. Breakfast was fine (but not amazing).
A couple of things to note:
1- it's right next to the stadium, so check their schedule before you book, as the street is closed on game days and/or if there's a concert (didn't happen to me, but it could be disruptive)
2- Uber can't stop on the left (correct) side of the street, and at least one driver I asked to go into the hotel parking didn't want to. So it can be a little uncomfortable coming and going by Uber (as opposed to most hotels where the car can pull up right to the front door)"
"I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people.
Also, the breakfast are amazing nice, hotel is very clean too. I will come back to this hotel definitely!"
