"Gostamos da localização, de como tudo é limpo e organizado. O que mais nos impressionou foram as pessoas que trabalham lá. A Jane nos tratou muito bem, tão atenciosa e paciente com nossos pedidos. Elias também nos serviu bem e conseguiu achar um pudim delicioso que estávamos querendo. O André foi muito gentil, atencioso e nos tratou super bem nas 2 semanas que estivemos por lá. Obrigada a vocês por tudo. O calor não ajudou muito mas a academia de ginástica poderia ser mais moderna e com um ar condicionado mais forte já que é no último piso. A água do chuveiro do nosso segundo quarto também não estava ficando quente e isso foi um pouco incômodo para tomar banho de manhã cedo. Mas com certeza voltaríamos lá e recomendarei pra quem estiver passando por São Paulo. "

"Hotel is fine. WiFi worked and there was a desk to use, plenty of space. Breakfast was fine (but not amazing). A couple of things to note: 1- it's right next to the stadium, so check their schedule before you book, as the street is closed on game days and/or if there's a concert (didn't happen to me, but it could be disruptive) 2- Uber can't stop on the left (correct) side of the street, and at least one driver I asked to go into the hotel parking didn't want to. So it can be a little uncomfortable coming and going by Uber (as opposed to most hotels where the car can pull up right to the front door)"

"This is a simple hotel, staff at front desk at night can not give you toilet paper if you need or whatever you ask. They are rude. Differently of staff at day time which are much more polite. The bathroom is filthy dirty. Different kind of hair everywhere, the sink is cluttered, the shower smells mold. Your luggage doesn’t have a proper place to stay but at the floor. There is not microwave at the room. They don’t have gym. Don’t choose this hotel. "
