"Took the train from London to Toronto the hotel was right across from the station pool and spa was perfect to relax great food and restaurant and coffee on site and near by "
"We came early and were greeted promptly. Check in was a breeze and they got us in a room right away which was appreciated. Our room was extremely clean, shower was hot and bed was comfortable, all my top priorities. The lobby is stunning and the all the food looked great. Location was a quick walk to the ball stadium and there are so many great dining options on King Street. Will definitely book here when we travel from NS again! "
"The room was ready before the 3pm check-in time so I was able to get my key early.
The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV and eating area was very large. Overall, I liked this room very much."
"Love staying at this downtown location! Park your car and not a far walk to go see a game. Clean rooms, friendly staff upon arrival and checking out. Valet available. Would recommend to stay here!"
"Having the CN Tower in the dead centre of our view every time we looked out the window was so cool. This hotel is in a great location - being between the CN Tower, the Rogers Centre and the lake was incredible. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly. The restaurant is on the 5th floor, and having breakfast overlooking the lake was a great way to start our day.
The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The TV could use a better guide, there was a bit of peeling wallpaper, the windows need a wash, and our sink drained really slowly, but the room was clean and pest free.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again, we had a great time.
