"My adult daughter and I had a short but fabulous Girly stay with Alila! The positon of the Hotel and politeness of the Staff impressed us immensely. We loved our entire stay but if I was being very picky I would suggest the Breakfasts could be improved. Another important piece of information for potencial guests is to note there are 3 parts to this Hotel, the 5 Star on the beach section, a secondary Building still with beautiful rooms & another pool & then a third building closer to the main...

"The property is near the Bali airport. I came in late and shuttle was able to pick me up. Excellent customer service from resort staff. Large selection of food at breakfast. I only stayed one night, but this is an excellent pick."
