"There is no structure or communication with in their staff. There was a problem at there site, their communication to the guest were signs posted at the registration desk saying no hot water till 12pm and we have to be out before 8 no late checkout and no one was speaking of compensation. After speaking to them again they agreed to remove parking charges but I was resorts fees removed. I wasn’t accommodated with any resort features. The staff rude and was not informative of anything regarding that hotel. "
