Very friendly team right across all areas. Smart and stylish hotel. Great amenities with lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area. We had a fabulous room on the 27th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and good options available. Healthy and tasty, all prepared in your eyesight. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food great, only down side the main restaurant was being renovated. But the work was clean and intrusive during my stay. Excellent bar with very helpful staff. Room we're lovely clean and daily stocked with coffee tea extra. Great location for my visit.

Always a great stay

Always a great stay

Absolutely brilliant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond…genuinely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The room was spacious, beautifully kept, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Every detail made the stay feel special. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it wholeheartedly.

I stayed 9 nights and I was a pleasure from the start to check out everything was on point, clean and efficient. The staff are very helpful 24 hours a day. Highly recommend the corner rooms

A little chaos outside the street but everything is good in the hotel

Thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond to help with any requests. A TOP QUALITY HOTEL! with history!

They had a flood in several rooms but handled it well

Great hotel, perfect location to walk around Minneapolis and for the US Bank Stadium. Target Field not to far away and Metro Tram/Bus stations just around the corner. All staff we excellent and friendly and breakfast was good to. Great value, couldn’t ask for more👍

Couldn’t fault excellent stay , we will be back

Great hotel — the staff are genuinely super helpful, the rooms are spotless, and everything you could possibly need is right there (no scavenger hunts required). The bar was buzzing and seriously well-stocked, with a great variety of drinks to keep the good vibes flowing. Breakfast was… *chef’s kiss* — the kind of spread that makes you briefly consider becoming a morning person.
