Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

We stayed at the Krebs hotel for 1 night in May23 & it was the best hotel (out of the 5 hotels) we stayed in Switzerland! Rooms: We booked for 2 single rooms & we were very pleased that we were upgraded to 2 double rooms. The rooms were spacious & one of them even have a balcony. This hotel is Swiss utopia!! We had a fantastic room with a large balcony right below the north face of the eiger. Sumptious but contemporary with a great shower. The old time charm of this hotel really helped enhance the feeling that you are in a more rural part of Switzerland. It is a much more traditional type of hotel which feels more like a large guest house where people are invited to relax in the lounge or sit outside in the sun and admire the views. It is fairly close to the Interlaken West train station and main part of town. There are shops and restaurants nearby that make it easy to find somewhere to get a good meal.
