"The room was spotless and I appreciated being able to check in early — a smooth, stress‑free start to the stay. Hotel great location. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful and professional, creating a warm atmosphere throughout. Breakfast was varied, well stocked and replenished frequently, which made mornings easy and enjoyable. The bar was great and relaxed vibe. The only disappointment was lunch: the burger was greasy, overcooked egg and tasted a bit old, which didn’t match the quality of the rest of the experience. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service, though the lunch/ dinner could use some improvement."

"The staff were all so professional, friendly and helpful. We paid to upgrade our room to include the spa access in it was well worth it - the spa is divine! Bed was so comfortable, we slept really well. Highly recommend."

"Clean room, air conditioned, fromt door staff were very helpful. Did not try the breakfast. Well located close to the chain bridge, 10min walk from airport bus"

"The Hotel cleaning staff, and Guest services were very helpful, and responsive. The pillows were not very fluffy; they could use better quality pillows. Also, the carpet in the room could use a good carpet cleaning. The street view from our room was beautiful. Location was great, close to all City attractions and amenities."
