We could not have been happier with the Oktogon hotel. Perfect location. Close to the metro underground and the fabulous tram and bus system. We purchased the 3 day metro pass as soon as we arrived. We went every where using the public transportation system. It’s an absolutely lovely hotel.

Really nice hotel in an old cool building built by a brewing magnate. Had an initial AC issue and the staff zoomed over to help and were very apologetic. The room was spacious and the bed larger than usual for Europe. Nice fitness, sauna area. The luggage storage facility was also very helpful since we arrived in the early morning. Located near plenty of restaurants and walking distance to multiple attractions.

Beautiful building! Great location. Metro Oktogon is very close to the hotel. Also other t. They have lockers where you can leave your luggage with no extra payment for a few hours. We had a balcony and even though we were facing one of the main avenues it was quiet at night time.

What a fantastic hotel! Absolutely spectacular inside and they have done a great job with the architecture of the building. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional - answering any questions. Had a great room with a balcony on the 5th floor which was very quiet, great comfortable bed and had all the amenities that you would expect a decent shower - very well decorated. In the basement there was a well-equipped gym and sauna which I used on a daily basis and a great way to start the day. The breakfast was very good, offering a mixture of cooked full-English style (sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns etc., cheese and meats, fruits, pastries along with tea, coffee and juices. Spotlessly clean and wouldn't hesitate staying here again - very conveniently located to Oktogon Metro Station (M1 - Yellow).
