"Great overall stay."

"We loved our stay at the Cavalier. Upon arrival we received an upgrade to a room with an ocean view, fireplace and balcony. The views are fantastic! Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful and close to Hearst Castle, hiking trails and nearby Cambria. Just a suggestion, bring your Amazon Fire stick with you if you want to watch tv. The basic tv in the room is analog. "

"Karen at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the center of town and very walkable. Breakfast was continental consisting of local danishes, juices and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Amazing hotel, staff were super helpful and lovely. Hotel location is right in the middle of town with loads of eating and wine bars next to it. "

"Clean room and very kind staff. Unfortunately the vending machine and ice maker was broken during my visit but there's a restaurant a block away where I was able to get a cup of ice and a soda. Shout out to the receptionist who helped distract another guest who was roughed up and potentially intoxicated who wanted me to follow him to the restaurant (I did not wanna follow him), yous a true life saver lol."
