"The staff was amazing! Specifically Diego at the front desk, he was professional, courteous, and friendly. He made sure that we enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was fresh and good as well. The pianist, singing and music in the evening was lovely with the warm fireplace. Overall excellent place !!"

"Place was uniquely, clean and furnished and one of the better hotel rooms I’ve had in a long time the amenities and the staff were very polite and professional. Had a great one night day."

"The room was clean and staff was helpful. The room itself was nice, but definitely got warm at night. Unfortunately the fan itself made a lot of noise at night. We tried opening the window at night, but it was quite noisy. Overall, the hotel was in a very nice and convenient location. "

"Very friendly staff. Wine bar not open, Sauna did not work and there was plastic trash and left clothes in the pool area. No breakfast burritos available on Saturday and Sunday morning despite the fact that the hotel seemed very empty. We also had some supply/ technical issues in our room. Overall it is a renovated old building with newer add ons, but good management and staff seems to be lacking."

"Overall, this a great place to stay. I've stayed here several times. The rooms and property are clean. You can not beat the location, literally just a few steps from beach access and a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Pismo. What it lacks in up to date decor it more than makes up for in staff friendliness and room & property cleanliness. "
