Very good hotel

Beautiful spacious room with fantastic amenities. Lovely welcoming staff on check in.

Highly luxurious facilities. Totally amazing. Beautifully landscaped grounds, all 10/10. We went when it was quiet so we had the jacuzzi and pool to ourselves and had a game of tennis and it was all good. However, One bad aspect, the open fire in the restaurant, although attractive, was giving out a lot of smoke and it gave us sore throats and made us cough to the point where it was very much a negative and we definitely wouldn't want to dine in the restaurant until this problem was...

Great location next to airport. Shuttle to airport was reliable. Rooms were big & clean. Pool was clean. Was able to purchase beer & wine in lobby. We only had coffee at breakfast.

Nice property close to sequioa np

This hotel repeatedly exceeded expectations! Firstly, the room was really nice - big, clean, comfortable, nice decor, good shower (including the shampoo, etc). Secondly, you couldn't ask for a better location in Palo Alto. It's central, close to all the bars and restaurants, and very close to the Cal train. Fantastic location right on the beach with lovely view of the ocean. Room was lovely and clean, large bathroom space. Loved the sofa area in front of the fire. Bed overlooked the amazing view. Amenities were good, some complimentary soft drinks and snacks, kettle, coffee and tea. We ate at Salt for breakfast and once for dinner. Food was ok but had to send one dinner back as it was cold. The staff were mainly lovely friendly and attentive with one minor lapse trying to get a drink at the bar....

Big American hotel with gorgeous huge beds and lots of space. Very peaceful at night. Definitely recommend. Only a few minutes drive from downtown and parking was easy.

Fire in room. Bath tub on private terrace. Views across valley from bed. Like an American version of Tuscany. Beautiful.

Generally a good hotel option, but I want to specifically call out the excellent service from Anna, the Front desk lead. I explained that I needed to get to sleep very early, and that I was worried about noise because it so happened there was a big sports event in town with lots of people visiting. Anna moved my room so that it was in the quietest part of the hotel with empty rooms adjacent, and indeed I had a very peaceful night! So thanks, Anna. Beautiful hotel. Fantastic facilities. The kitchen was great and there is also a lovely area you can barbecue by the pool. Well situated and VERY clean.

A comfortable stay. The only downsides were the room being a little noisy, but the inclusive breakfast came with diy waffles, and the front desk staff were excellent. And the hotel wifi was the fastest hotel wifi I've come across.
