Nothing short of an abundance of relaxation, play, and beauty. This resort is such a gem. The staff was very accommodating and kind. A massage at the spa was an amazing experience. The pool area and hot tub was so relaxing after a cozy fire pit wind down. Cannot wait to return!

we loved that it was peaceful, has an adult pool, places to walk and get exercise beyond the golf course, plus many options for physical activities. We also visited the Coral which was in the most beautiful location, so cleanly and loved the variety of animals. Fun for any age.
The only thing that we could complain about was the softness of the mattress. It seemed to have two imprinted bodies, so probably needs replacing.

The property had so many things to do from going on trails, golf, animals, a spa, big pool with a nice jacuzzi, and wonderful staff. The unfortunate thing was you could hear a dog next door dragging a leash or rolling a ball while barking at times late at night. However, the hotel can’t fully control that. Jeff was wonderful at the front desk and all the staff were very friendly.

The property is beautiful. The market should have extended hours. We asked for a crib and told us it was ready in the room and it was not. The food was delicious at the golf court and in the lodge.

Stayed here with my wife and 8 month old daughter for one night on trip back home from Northern California.
When you have a baby it’s not easy to feel accommodated at places you stay but this hotel resort was very welcoming to families of all ages and sizes.
We loved our stay here and actually wished we could stay an extra night. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Plus the property is large enough to go for a walk and see deer and turkeys grazing. Also they have shuttles that will pick you and bring you to clubhouse if you need a lift.
Highly recommended and we look forward to staying here again.

One of the worst customer service experiences I e had. Over and over I found the front desk to be unhelpful, unsympathetic, dismissive and unkind. They gave incomplete communication time and time which resulted in hours of wasted time. Waiting for rides, waiting for rooms, ect.
The property is insanely dated for the price. The rooms have 90s furniture and most rooms don’t have views. Save yourself time and frustration and book elsewhere.
The grounds however are lovely.

Not much services given the price paid
For the price per night paid here there is not much services. We asked for housekeeping to come clean our lodge twice in the morning and the room was still not cleaned till 4:30 in the afternoon, so we gave up. Calling front desk was always busy, so the easiest way is to text message them and wait for response.
The next day we specifically requested housekeeping clean our room and put away the sofa bed, came back to the room and the sofa bed was still there.
Room is nice though, it is well kept and quite new in comparison to many resorts nearby. The lodge is a good size if traveling with kids, with a separate living room bedroom. We find spider webs at corners, but I guess it’s good enough given the limited services here.
