"Tried to call the hotel in my way as I encountered delay driving there from LA. was nearly impossible to reach someone to talk to just to indicate I will be late and will check after midnight. After many trials was able to reach someone on the phone and series of questions including when exactly will you be here ? Bearing in mind I had 5 unexpected car accidents on the way which I explained but it was so complicated to deliver the idea for some reason!! The rooms are not easy to access from the lobby. The parking lot which you pay almost 50$ a night is not well maintained. By the way park outside the hotel .. it is free ! The room itself was tight Beds are double not queen so tiny to sleep in esp if you have kids with you. The back outs were not functioning like black outs they were so thin that the light bulbs were shinning in our eyes and the rooms were brightly lit all night long ! No breakfast included in the reservation The only good thing is its proximity to Berkeley university if you need to be there ."
