It’s a beautiful property, I had the best room with the best view. Everything was clean. The Staff was polite. The drinks and the food were unlimited and of excellent quality. The pools were clean. The beach was easily accessible.
My only complaint was that my bedroom was too hot as I understand it was winter and they probably had a setting of keeping the heating on 24x7, but apart from that everything was top-notch.

Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic ...
