The staff was always willing to help with whatever we needed . We will definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed dinner at night onsite at the restaurant. "My family spent a week at the hotel. The area is nice and beautiful. If you need some shopping, there are several market centers there, where you can find almost everything. The rooms are comfortable, but I do not recommend to stay in Moonlight building. We changed twice rooms there and both times we had leaking at the wash room, that created terrible smell. "The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. Plenty of desserts as well. Food was tasty. Beach is not far: 5 min walk to the nearest beach bar with chase longs,...

"Arrived and the room was not the room I had booked, once this was communicated, they quickly changed our room with no concerns, cuisine was lush and service was delivered by Duarn who was absolutely amazing, will definitely return. There is a hill that you have to walk up and down to go shopping, great excercise. "
