Genel olarak normal. vasat olan durum ,yatakları

Otel genel olarak normal seviyede idi yemekleri normal, Aqua kaydırakları havuzları güzeldi. Eksi yönleri en büyük problemi yakışmayanı yatakları. Anlamıyorum pansiyonda bile böyle kalitesiz yatak konulmaz otele yakışmıyor. Deniz sahili Yok.

Water Planette 02-08.2019 tarihleri arasında 2. Kez tatilimizi geçirdik. 2 seferde de gayet memnun ayrıldık. Otelin tek kusuru plajda yerinin olmaması. Plaja servis var ama şezlon şemsiye içecek sorun. Olumsuz notum ise, dışardan gelen müşteriler sebebiyle aquapark çok kalabalık olduğu için biz fazla yararlanamadık. Güzel bir tatildi. Teşekkürler...

Bir kere yemekleriniz berbat ötesi gerçekten söylemek istiyorum leş sürekli patates kızartması yedim tek iyi yaptiğiniz o sanirim . Disardan gunu birlik butun insanlari aliyorsunuz 60 tl karsiliginda aqua park tarafina ve tiklim tiklim bir suru insan kayacak bot dahi bulamadik bir suru insanla kavga ettim tartistim . Bir daha asla ugramayacagim bir otel bosuna para ucretsiz bile tatil yapilmaz

Отдых семьей с ребёнком 8-ми лет.Номер с прекрасным видом на море,на верхнем этаже. Достаточно тихо. Номер небольшой, но комфортный. В номере мало света, но это не мешало.Ванная-разливается вода при приеме душа из-за непродуманной перегородки. Отель с прекрасным парком за счет территории аквапарка. Есть даже смотровая площадка. Много бассейнов. Горки староваты,но нам понравились. Мы были в октябре,в это время аквапарк работает только для посетителей отеля. Так что очередей не было. Спуск на пляж на лифте. Вход в воду с понтона. Море прозрачное,с рыбками. Можно понырять.Еда неплохая,всегда можно и ребенка накормить,и самим есть,из чего выбрать. Есть вечерняя анимация.Нам отдых понравился,скучать не приходилось.

Nice Hotel with absolutely poor services/food

Well where do I start? There was no welcome of any sort. No one was fluent in English so everything was said many times without understanding. No one is there to help but to tell you off. I was called by the hotel reception at 01:30 in morning to come and pick up my bag from the reception that was delivered by airlines as it was lost. I asked to keep it there or send it to my room with a bellboy but the receptionist threatened me that he would not send anyone and not put it in a safe place and that I had to come and pick it up myself. I came to pick up half clothed and half asleep when this receptionist asked me to wait for good 30mins before he spoke to me and refused to give me his name or designation. He tried to tell me that he has been working for a long time and that I should have respected that. I complained in the morning but never received any apologies from him. The guest relations lady and the business manager are the only two nice people I met, but that did not make up for all the rest of staff. No one greets you or even bothers to ask if you need anything. Every single time at meals it was a struggle to get hold of cutlery. After getting that there was limited variety of food and it was below average in quality and taste. Most of the things finished before reaching to them and it was never refilled. The staff would just bluntly say we dont have it. You will find TIP BOX on every corner without service. Not recommended.
