"The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club. "

The. rooms. are. generously. sized well decorated and. cleaned. daily on request. I didnt. use the. pool area. as. I dislike. piped. music but. others. said. the. outdoor. pool was very. nice. , though the. area. around. it. is. small. Staff. were. very. good. , helpful and charming . "Most wonderful experience at Ozgur Bey’ 14 day stay & everything was amazing! Breakfast rich & good variety of choice with eggs cooked to your choice each morning by lovely staff in kitchen. Rooms cleaned daily & front of hotel staff were very nice & helpful. Incredibly clean areas all around hotel , pool / spa area was not accessible at this time but look forward to returning here very soon, July. Absolutely recommend you to visit! Many Thanks to staff & of course beautiful owner !"

"The hotel is close to the beach. If you have a rental car, parking may be tricky. Better to come by transfer. Rooms are nice and comfortable. I felt like a VIP at breakfast. Raphael brought us a hot breakfast every morning to our table. He was very nice and helpful. Very personable."

"Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back."
