Great hotel in a great location. Every single staff member went out of their way to help us. The restaurant was amazing, with breakfast definitely worth the money. Amenities were all great, felt very safe and looked after our whole stay.

Definitely the best hotel in Seminyak. No other words needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

An excellent hotel with warm, friendly staff, just a short walk from Seminyak beach. We stayed fifteen nights and are already planning to return next year. The location is ideal: close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, yet the hotel itself is wonderfully quiet, a true haven between the beach and the bustle of the town. Room was clean and quiet, the staff are helpful and friendly and it is so convenient to get off a late night international flight and walk to your room. We always stay at this hotel on our arrival into Bali and are always happy.

The location of the hotel is superb, very close to the beach. We enjoyed the beach so much. Our room had a beautiful view to the beach. The room was spacious with a terrace. Breakfast can be chaotic. Wish that a big hotel like alila can have more restaurants. Overall our stay was very nice and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

10/10 Service. Thank you to the lovely people who work at this hotel. I had heat stroke and had to be taken to hospital by the staff, they stuck with me for hours in the dead of night at the hospital while I received treatment, and then took me back to the hotel. They went above and beyond at every step of the way to look after me. I cannot be thankful enough.

Best place to stay with family

The hotel has beautiful views and it is next to Kuta beach making it easier to roam around the town. The hotel has a nice Italian cafe and serves one of the best pastas i have ever had. I would also recommend the spa, it was delightful. Completely recommend the hotel and I would definitely come back.

Nice comfortable property to spend with family .our stay here has been quite enjoyable .The location is nice & one can walk down to the market nearby where there are multiple options for food . The only one thing where we find the property was lacking is in its's very limited dining option with limited dishes .

The cottages were luxurious and very comfortable. The bathroom to die for separate shower and bath which looked out to your own garden. But what made the stay was the staff. Friendly and very attentive . I would stay at the resort again..

My wife and I had a fantastic holiday and celebrated our wedding anniversary in style. The setting and villa were perfect, staff friendly and always ready to help. The food was superb especially for my wife as she is a vegetarian. Well away from the main tourist area but easily accessible when required by use of the hotel driver. We loved it.

Amazing hotel and lovely experience from arrival to departure. Everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. Great food, from the sumptuous breakfasts to the decadent evening barbecues. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (we had the family suite, which includes two separate rooms with shared living area). Staff are attentive and helpful. Restaurants are of a high quality - and priced accordingly. Alternative dining options close by provide good variety. Would definitely stay again.

The staff are lovely, really accommodating and will help in any way they can. It is a beautiful set up, although could do with a bit of renovation. The outdoor bath is a lovely idea but we didn’t use it because it was too old and dirty. The area is very busy and like most busy areas in Bali, pretty dirty and noisy. We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, right next to the stylish Beachwalk Shopping Center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We travelled around Bali and stayed in several places, but the service from the Marriott staff here was by far the best. We would happily stay again!
