"These are full apartments with a full kitchen and laundry. The apartment was spacious with a big balcony overlooking the river. My son and I were on a father-son trip. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom! We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We even managed to do a load of laundry! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it is not close to town. You either have to drive or take a shuttle that they provide."

"My daughter and I were travelling through Queenstown and stayed three nights at the Kamana Lakehouse. The hotel was beautiful and the views of the lake were outstanding. The service was great as well. I understand some people were not happy about the parking lot views and the construction but that does not bother me. The only reason I gave four stars on service is because there should be more options for breakfast. The dinner was excellent along with the wine. Breakfast was a set menu but it would be best if there were some quick fruit and continental options when timing is tight for travelers and activities that get planned during the day. There is nothing near to go to unless you go to town so if you do not have time for a full sit down breakfast, you are a bit out of luck. That would be my only complaint otherwise, everything was lovely."

"Lovely room and we had a balcony as well. As we were on top floor there was an outdoor seating area as well which was lovely. Also free tea, coffee, hot chocolate from the machine on our floor. The lift was not working when we were there and they carried our bags to and from our room which was nice. They even gave us a partial refund for the lift not working. I book hotels with lifts for my husband who can not do stairs very well, so we had to organise our going out times a bit more. However it not detract from our stay. Would stay again."

"Our stay at Swiss-Belsuites was absolutely unforgettable. We had a stunning view of Lake Wakatipu, and it was so mesmerizing that we honestly didn’t want to leave the room. Watching the lake from our window was an experience on its own—peaceful, magical, and unforgettable. Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and great hospitality. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend it."
