"This hotel was in a great location with many nice restaurants on the door step and plenty of history in the town. The staff were so friendly and helpful would definitely stay there again"

"The single room was fine and reasonable value (the doors do shut loudly). The staff were all very friendly, helpful and impressive (excepting one rather sour lady behind the bar!). They were very polite and kind, it makes a big difference to how you feel about a hotel. The food was really good and not expensive, excellent value. The drinks selection was extensive. There's plenty of outside seating. All in all, I definitely recommend the hotel and would happily stay there again."
