A beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. We had breakfast both mornings with the incredible view of the sea and beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to return!

An absolutely beautiful property. So thoughtful crafted and such a homely atmosphere. Our bedroom was so comfortable and spacious. The poolside area was lovely to relax in and playing with the owner’s gorgeous dog Simba was an added touch to our trip!

Our second stay at La Residence and we love the place. The views from the rooms across the Old Port are just stunning - we slept with the curtains open so we could take in the view from bed! The rooms are large and comfortable, likewise the bathrooms. Not luxurious exactly but all one needs is there, and the decor is fun and idiosyncratic.

Having resided at glamorous 5-star hotels around the world with varying satisfaction, we had low expectations for the C2 especially when we arrived to the hotel. The entrance is what you would expect at a low-level budget hotel. Tiny, on a narrow back street and very unattractive from the street. Beautiful hotel situated overlooking Bandol harbour on one side and the bay and beach on the other. There are excellent spa facilities as well as indoor and outdoor heated pools. The staff are very helpful and speak English as well as French. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

I stayed here for a week. I asked for a room overlooking the port at the back of the hotel - the front is in a narrow street behind. The view was amazing. My room had two large windows and was spacious and very clean. The bed was heavenly - the most comfortable I have ever had apart from home. I didn't eat breakfast there - at €23.50 it seemed very expensive. There is a lovely bakery next door and a coffee machine in the room. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, apart from at breakfast, but...

On our arrival at the hotel we were met by two members of staff in the foyer who took our bags from us and accompanied us to reception where we were introduced. The reception staff were lovely and went out of their way to make greeting friendly and warm. We were offered a choice of rooms, some with a supplement, but, having seen the choices, we decided to stay on the first room offered as it was larger and more comfortable.
