"It was really an excellent stay... we had originally chosen this property because we heard about the great location, wonderful breakfast in the pool,/hot tub area. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay- but honestly, the great shower in the room almost made up for it. We will definitely return anytime. We are staying overnight in the Grand Rapids area.. staff was wonderful in the restaurants and in the hotel. "

"Rooms were very clean and staff was super friendly. My furnace was making a loud squeaking and they promptly got me into a new room. Even when we had to check out early (late in the night) because we had gotten into a car accident on the way home and needed to go home, they were very kind with me. "
