I would’ve given all stars on staff because my check-in experience was fantastic. The gentleman was outstanding even though it was bummed we couldn’t use the pool or the hot tub because they were treating it. That was something that was understandable. However, the late night staff member “SID” was very rude and seemed overwhelmed with his responsibilities. There is some paint chipped off in the bathroom at the bottom by the floor that should probably be attended to, but overall, I was extremely happy with my stay.

Overall the expierence was great. Nick checked us in. He was extremely friendly and energetic. The jacuzzi was great, it was hard to get into tho. The mini fridge in the room was the only real "complaint" even at its coldest setting it did not get or keep things very cold at all. Slightly cooler than room temperature, it was also wobbly. Overall a good expierence tho and i will be back!
