"It was a very nice hotel with an excellent spa and casino. The only issue we had was in the morning where there was no coffee anywhere. The barista had called off and the machine wasn’t working and the coffee pots they had out were empty. That was a bummer but that was literally the only issue."

Although I followed up with the staff twice during my stay, the issue remained unresolved until Expedia’s customer service intervened to process my refund.
