We arrived late evening but were greeted immediately by very friendly staff. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. A different but equally friendly staff member greeted us as we returned from a concert and late dinner. Checkout was easy with a third friendly staff member.

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.The rooms were not clean at all. The bathroom floor felt sticky, and there were handprints visible on multiple surfaces, which made the room feel unsanitary. In room 407, the mattress on the pull-out bed was absolutely disgusting and appeared to be stained with what looked like blood. This was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. The pool was another issue. It was ice cold and appeared to be green, which made it unusable for our family. One of our rooms also had a strong mildew smell coming from the bathroom, adding to the overall feeling that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority here. Parking was also inconvenient due to the small lot and limited space. The only positive part of our stay was that the staff we interacted with were kind and polite. Unfortunately, that alone could not make up for the condition of the rooms and facilities. We would not choose to stay here again.
