"Fuimos por 5 noches, nuestro vuelo llegó temprano a Madrid y arriesgamos a ir temprano al hotel y si nos dieron nuestra habitación rápido. Las señoritas muy amables. El cuarto estaba decente creo que para descansar después de recorrer las calles de Madrid es muy buena opción. Aparte está muy cerca de los principales lugares que puedes visitar "

"A spectacular stay in the perfect spot. Everything was impeccably clean, the atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, and the rooms are very comfortable. But what truly made the difference was the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff. They made us feel welcome at all times and turned the experience into something magical and special. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Madrid. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel. Loved the room with a great view of the Gran Via, the staff and the location. Only issue we had was our room was right next to the elevator and we heard the elevator going up and down at all times. Rarely was there much time the elevator wasn’t making noise. Didn’t complain because they were nice enough to give us the room very early in the day. Other than that loved the hotel and would stay again. I would just request not being near the elevator. "
