"Osh Hotel Cartagena, lo es todo. Una experiencia de lujo y placer, propiedad perfecta. Para comenzar fui cordialmente recibido en la entrada. Luego en el check-in fue todo un éxito el equipo de front desk en especial Joana, súper atenta y amable, lo mejor de todo que hizo todo lo posible para conseguir una mejor habitación para así poder maximizar mi experiencia. La comida, el desayuno, la habitaciónes el trato único de todo el staff front y back of the house…Que más le puedo decir todo fue mágico…Vuelvo pronto…"

"My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 nights and would go back in a heart beat. The concierge was great at messaging before we arrived to set up transport and sent us activity tours to look through. They happily booked anything we needed. Hector was extra helpful with suggestions- Baroca Rooftop was an amazing meal! Paola came by at our first breakfast (which was included and so good and fresh) and was so helpful and showed her care at ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Miguel remembered us each time he saw us. Jainner made the best lattes in the afternoon. The bed was SO comfy, lockbox was easy, and everything was very clean. My boyfriend enjoyed the massage and the pool beds/loungers were all great. The hotel is also in the BEST location- walkable to everything but also quiet at night. We were so thrilled and will recommend the hotel to everything. "

"I had a one bedroom loft and it was lovely. Clean and so spacious. There was a sitting room before entering the kitchen and living room. There is also a washing machine. There’s also a lovely roof top pool and the hotel includes a selection of traditional coastal Colombian breakfast. I would stay here again. "

"The breakfast was good and almost all staff had excellent English language skills. Our room was quite damp and had moisture dripping from the ceiling due to the ac. Although it was a lovely stay they also automatically added a £35 service charge on for each night. Bit cheeky"
