"Basic, but good. Location is not bad, walking distance to a big supermarket and the main Rua do Porto area; extra helpful staff; decent breakfast. The fact that the pool is not heated and sort of indoors does not help: Even under a radiant heat, water is still freezing cold."

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciated the great service and comfortable atmosphere. "No the expected IBIS Standard. Also, it doesn't have the usual small cup of glasses that you could use inside the bedroom. The bedroom is extremely tiny. My suggestion is: I would avoid."
