The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Viracopos Intl Airport; the facilities are well kept, clean, the room impeccable, and the breakfast very complete. They offer shuttle upon request, which is highly convenient !

This is the only hotel that provides a free transfer from VCP airport. The driver Leo was so friendly and waited for us even though our plane was late!

Directions are WRONG. The directions took us to the police station. We went through a toll plaza 4 times before we found the hotel

It costs a fortune to get there by taxi. Room was very small. No bottled water in the frigobar or in the room A real nightmare. I paid on arrival and new I had not used anything in the room - there was nothing there. On the way out to my taxi and the manager challenged me and made me come back in to the front desk. Bye bye Rio Hotel

nice place but costs you tolls & very salty food.

The hotel is comfortable. Good common place and nice view at the back side of hotel. It's generally quiet, but at night, the air conditioning could be bothering. It's better to sleep with the A/C off. Breakfast is good. But the scramble eggs are kind of dry and ordinary. Avoid the food (ie. dinner or room service) ordered from the hotel since the food are extremely salty - and ironically they offer additional sacks of salt for you to "add to your taste." Although the hotel is located conveniently between Indaiatuba and Viracopos, but every single time you enter/exit the hotel, you are charged for the tolls (R$17/each pass, I remember). This makes the travel less friendly. I believe the main target consumer for this hotel are the people going through VCP airport.

A estrutura e o atendimento são excelentes. Recomendo a todos. Existe um porém, para acessar o hotel, o hóspede tem que passar por um pedágio no valor de quase R$20. Importante considerar este custo, ao selecionar a hospedagem.

Nao tem servico de quarto, cheguei cansada, e para jantar pedi no bar do hotel. Demorou 50 minutos para chegar uma sopa, que veio super salgada. Limpeza do local é mediana. Talheres mal lavados, algumas sujidades no chao do quarto. Aparencia geral mal conservada, espelho mofado, paredes riscadas, tinta gasta. Cama um pouco dura, mas lencois limpos, travesseiros confortaveis .
