"Basic, but good. Location is not bad, walking distance to a big supermarket and the main Rua do Porto area; extra helpful staff; decent breakfast. The fact that the pool is not heated and sort of indoors does not help: Even under a radiant heat, water is still freezing cold."

"The shower was excellent, but my bed was not well prepared; the sheets were too short. There was no WiFi reception in my room, so I had to use my cell phone's data connection. No one asked me if I was satisfied at my checkout."
