The staff are lovely, really accommodating and will help in any way they can. It is a beautiful set up, although could do with a bit of renovation. The outdoor bath is a lovely idea but we didn’t use it because it was too old and dirty. The area is very busy and like most busy areas in Bali, pretty dirty and noisy. An excellent hotel with warm, friendly staff, just a short walk from Seminyak beach. We stayed fifteen nights and are already planning to return next year. The location is ideal: close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, yet the hotel itself is wonderfully quiet, a true haven between the beach and the bustle of the town. Great hotel. Good location with lots to do nearby

The location of the hotel is superb, very close to the beach. We enjoyed the beach so much. Our room had a beautiful view to the beach. The room was spacious with a terrace. Breakfast can be chaotic. Wish that a big hotel like alila can have more restaurants. Overall our stay was very nice and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Wonderful holiday primarily because of the Villa at Peppers and their service. Great size of villa (600m2) and so well serviced. The included breakfast at the restaurant and staff were also fantastic.The restaurant was also good for a quiet evening meal when you didn't want to go out and reasonably priced. We'll be back. PS Kids loved being driven around in the golf buggies!

Stayed here over Nyepi ( Balinese silent day ) , lovely hotel , great staff, pool access room was excellent , can't comment on surrounding area , because stayed within the hotel grounds for our stay , couldn't fault the hotel or staff , great place to stay

The hospitality and the facility was amazing. My only disappointment was that my villa was located at the very edge of the hotel right next to the road, so it was not a quiet environment. I was expecting a more relaxing stay as this was my honeymoon.

Look no further, this hotel is the best in Bali. This was my sixth stay here and my expectations were exceeded yet again. Exceptional service, nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Best place we stay on our honeymoon by a country mile. Highly recommend you stay at The Mulia which should not be mistaken with the Mulia Resort and Village other locations in the resort. You get the full range of services from the excellent Butler service to the beachfront view from your cabana to the excellent suites. Love, Love Love. Beautiful place. Nicely designed. Lovely rooms. Very private. Staff are so genuinely nice and kind, everyone seems happy to be there. Excellent training for staff they are very helpful. Amazing breakfast options. Wonderful juices. Coconut water on tap ☺️. Walkable to Central Ubud, but a bit challenging in the heat, better to take shuttle. Spa is super nice but expensive.

Great hotel in a great location. Every single staff member went out of their way to help us. The restaurant was amazing, with breakfast definitely worth the money. Amenities were all great, felt very safe and looked after our whole stay.

This is a fantastic experience. From the minute you arrive, every member of staff goes out there way to make your stay special. The bale was perfect and very comfortable. The attention to detail was amazing. Pool area was lovely and iced water and cool towels were a lovely touch. Food is up there with Michelin star restaurants. Overall a perfect stay.

My wife and I had a fantastic holiday and celebrated our wedding anniversary in style. The setting and villa were perfect, staff friendly and always ready to help. The food was superb especially for my wife as she is a vegetarian. Well away from the main tourist area but easily accessible when required by use of the hotel driver. We loved it.
