"Perfect in almost every way. Fantastic room with a simple, elegant design and everything was super clean. The room had two balconies with great views of Anacapri and the ocean below. Quiet, charming property was well cared for and the staff could not have been friendlier or more informative. Breakfast was exceptional. I never write hotel reviews but felt obliged to do so for Villa Ceselle. A remarkable hotel at an exceptional value and I would love to return someday. This is exactly why I prefer hotels to Air BNB's."

"Amazing views. The shuttle service was exceptional as walking wasn't an option. Rooms are slightly dated but who cares when paradise is outside. Unreal that you can stroll to the beach and swim in ocean. Staff is very friendly ."

"That staff was absolutely helpful and caring with my special request to change the bed linens daily, not just making the bed, because I arrived with a head cold. They were also helpful with planning activities. I'll be returning as they did so much more than I'm sharing."

"The room was horrible. The shower was leaking so we had a big puddle of water on the floor. The sliding door didn’t slide. The customer service was amazing! Eugenia (She’s Argentinian) was so nice! She helped us with our transportation and anything we needed! She was a blessing! "

"This iconic hotel in Capri is the best. A lot of people like the Quisisana but to me there is no comparison. The Punta Tragara is located just a beautiful walk outside of the main plaza so you don’t get the day tripper noise and foot traffic. The staff is thoughtful, courteous, and all speak great English (sadly I don’t speak Italian!) The two swimming pools, photographed by Slim Aarons back in the day, are beautiful. Both restaurants (the Grill by the pool and the Michelin starred Le Monzu) are super. The rooms and amenities are gorgeous and offer several price points that, while expensive, are truly worth it. In a way, the star of the property is the wrap-around view of the Faraglioni rocks and surrounding cliffs. Overall, a great experience."

"A little slice of paradise Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, this hotel was pure magic. The views over the sea are gorgeous. The staff were absolutely exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took care of everything with such warmth and professionalism. They even arranged a late checkout so we could squeeze in a few extra precious hours by the pool — that little gesture made all the difference. And breakfast on the terrace? A highlight of the entire trip. The French toast was, without exaggeration, the best I have ever tasted. Sitting there in the morning sun, looking out over the sea with that on my plate — honestly, perfection. Capri is a special place, but this hotel made it truly unforgettable. We left already talking about when we could come back. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines stunning surroundings, impeccable service, and those little personal touches that make you feel genuinely cared for — look no further. The only small issue was the smell in the room, which felt a bit closed up, possibly a slight musty odor, and a bit strong at first. However, we left the balcony door open and it improved."
