Charming place with lots of lovely gestures from staff to make us feel welcome. The room did not look like a hotel room but a perfect guest room in a New England home.

Hotel is a beautiful period property in an ideal location. We had a gorgeous suite, very clean and stylish. Close to shops and restaurants, there’s a lovely walk through Commonwealth Avenue to Boston Park and the Beacon Hill area.
The staff at the Eliot Hotel couldn’t do enough, all so helpful and the doorman had worked there for 50 years - such a nice man.

Our visit to The Godfrey was wonderful. From being greeted with a smile when first entering to being offered water on checking-out, the staff were amazing. Their modern, fresh approach to hospitality was refreshing. They couldn’t do enough for you but in a very relaxed, friendly way. I would also totally recommend this property for its central location. Perfectly place for wandering around a huge part of the city on foot.
Thank you Godfrey for contributing to an amazing time in Boston.

Absolutely no complaints whatsoever, the staff were absolutely lovely and most accommodating, I arrived very late but still received a warm welcome. Great room and great room service. Oh and one of the more impressive minibars I've yet to come across!!!

Everything was perfect. Comfortable bed, spotless room, impeccable service, great breakfast (pastries and jam are worth staying for alone). I left feeling refreshed and rested, despite staying for work. Will definitely stay again.

The house is clean, very presentable and comfortable. After taking the curtesy bus from Logan airport to the waterfront, the water taxi which takes 10 mins and costs $10 pp. We took the Salem ferry at $17pp across to Salem. I'm ashamed to say i fell asleep on the ferry after the long flight from London and so missed the scenery. The lady in the Salem ferry booking office was kind enough to call me a taxi. The ferry man was kind enough to help us with our heavy case. I knew i was among...
