"Our first stay was great - no complaints. Because our stay was great, we decided to return for one more night the following weekend before our return home. This time however, the shuffleboard game was broken because ‘someone received a splinter while playing.’ We saw the board and it was in bad shape, and needless the pucks were removed for safety. That was ok, but could have been avoided. The more concerning issue was one of the queen beds was extremely lopsided. Either the mattress was worn or the box spring support was broken - either way the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We did not make a fuss because it was just a one night stay and our little one was ok to sleep on the bed. Instead we just informed the staff in the morning to address it. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location, has a convenient shuttle to nearby restaurants, and is very nice."

"Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small but perfectly comfortable for our 2 night stay. My only suggestions for improvements would be: 1. Small refrigerator in the room (we have meds that need to be refrigerated). 2. A nightstand with accessible outlets on the window side of the bed. We did not have enough outlets or space to charge our phones, sleep machines, Nooks, etc."

"The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views, effortless transit access, and tons of nearby restaurants and shops. Surprisingly, traffic noise wasn't an issue at all. However, parking is a major headache. Street parking is extremely limited. There was zero transparency on how to use the pricey third-party valet, and the alternative garage 10 minutes away costs the same or potentially more if you need frequent in and out access. Additionally, front desk service was disappointing. While a few "shining star" staff members were wonderful, the majority were unwelcoming and unwilling to assist with our parking issues. Despite these setbacks, I would still recommend the property. Just be prepared for the parking and mixed service!"
