"Very happy overall with my stay Clean, “quiet”, room. Bed was wonderful Hotel and staff were great Only reason for 4-stars Instant coffee in the room (didn’t know they still had this) No coffee in lobby, restaurant wanted $4 for a 12oz cup Would recommend going off property for food (which is right out the front door) Close to everything Walk to Disney safe and 20m. So convenient Convention Center 10m walk Will definitely look to stay here again "

"We had a good experience at check in. Staff was super friendly. I wasn’t satisfied with the room though. Bathroom didn’t feel clean. The tub and bathroom floor had hair on it. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Rooms ok, clean. Our only complaint was the hotel airport shuttle was late making rounds and one time drove past full and we ended up waiting for over an hour for a shuttle. Late in the evening that’s a hassle after a 5 hour flight. "

"The room and view were wonderful, and everything was spotless. The beds were really comfortable, making it a cozy stay. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, which made a big difference. "You definitely get what you pay for in this property. The rooms have been updated, but definitely in the “landlord special” style. The room was relatively clean, but there were little things like excessive amount of mineral buildup on the showerhead, the mirror was damaged, and the fixtures were loose. The outside property was awful. There was trash everywhere because the trash cans were overflowing. The stairwell closest to our room, had an unhoused individual living underneath it. Definitely a little scary getting to our room in the middle of the night after a long day at the park. For what we paid for we got the basic necessities from the property. But if you were looking for a more refined experience, stay somewhere else. I thought we scored a deal because the rating on the property was an 8, but I put it more along a 5. "

"The rooms were large and very comfortable. The front desk staff was wonderful and really friendly. We heard the Disneyland fireworks, but everything was really quiet besides that."
