"The spaciousness of the room, the quality of the hospitality and customer service was great, top of the top! Salome I think is the manager and she was lovely to chat with while having breakfast. She told us about the Japanese Cultural Exchange Festival that was happening in town and we stumbled upon it and enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"This is a lovely place to stay. I had a ground floor suite near to the central courtyard which is where the outdoor pool is located. The suite was more like having a little villa to myself - a spacious living / bedroom space with its own little front porch with a seat that was perfect for reading. Bathroom was sizeable too and had both bath and shower options (one indoor and another outdoor decked area for showering too) Staff were attentive and welcoming throughout - a first class service all round. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options and was always well-stocked while I was there. The location of this hotel may not be to everyone's tastes - some may prefer to be closer to the old town in Hoi An or the beaches but I found both within good distance and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both as well. Many thanks to the whole team at Ahoy Hoi An for helping to make my stay a calm, peaceful and memorable one. "

The herbal steam therapy was incredibly relaxing – a soothing, rejuvenating ritual that melted away any tension. The massage was solid (though perhaps not the standout for me personally), but overall, the spa offerings were excellent. What impressed me most was how impeccably well-maintained the property is, with a strong commitment to sustainability that feels authentic and integrated into everything. The architecture beautifully balances modern comfort with the surrounding nature, creating serene spaces that harmonize perfectly with the environment."

"A fantastic hotel to stay at in Hoi An.Wonderful staff in Vivian, Sally, Catherine, Minh, Hau and more who are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.Rooms are great with very comfortable beds, great shower and bathrooms, TV, fridge, compliments etc. Swimming pool is large and very clean.Very easy access to the heart of Hoi An town and Ancient district.The free bike use is marvellous and it is a 5 minute flat, relaxing ride into the heart.Very safe ride during the day or night.Breakfast is very good with many fresh options from the buffet.Serene is a perfect place to stay and I could have happily stayed longer.Will definitely return to Serene Hotel & Spa in the future."
