Among the many, many helpful things she did for us: She arranged for car transfer from the airport to Hoi An, which was very reasonably priced. She went out of her way to help us get the most out of our few days there, recommending various activities, restaurants, even a fantastic cirque du soleil inspired show with music, dance and acrobatics which was great! "I had a wonderful stay at Ivy Villa Hotel. The front desk staff were truly the best I’ve experienced—friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The location is just on the outskirts of the old town, which makes it quieter but still easily walkable to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. A great balance of convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend! And extremely affordable."

"Incredible resort. Like a little paradise island so close to the gorgeous Hoi Ann old town. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Super friendly staff and racking up a bar bill over the three nights (including some door) came to just over £30. Book this now if you’re going to Hoi An!!! Don’t hesitate. "
