A very warm welcome from everybody and nice friendly personal service.
Very relaxing surroundings overlooking the herb fields of Tra Que Vegetable village, irrigatio lakes and the river.
It was quite remote but an enjoyable walk to Hoi An taking in all the sights and sounds with a cheap quick taxi ride home away from all the hussle an bussle and a 15 min walk to the beach.
Bike are available if you do not want to walk but I think walking is...
"Very nice hotel with a beautiful garden and charming scenery. It also has a beautiful pool. The family staff are very attentive, nice and super friendly. When we arrived to our lovely room we immediately got a refreshing smoothie, which was much appreciated after a lot of travelling. Our room had a nice garden view and was clean. The room was big and had a lovely balcony. In the morning we got a really tasty and fresh breakfast. The hotel lent us (for free) bicycles. We really enjoyed the bike...
"My friend and I booked another place but it was full so they put us up here. We worth both very happy with it. Nice pool, comfy beds, bathtub, friendly staff, and very clean. The only negative is the location. It's about a 25 minute walk to the old part of Hoi An. However, for the price we paid my friend and I were both quite happy with this place."
"We loved Charming Homestay in Hoi An. The owner and hostess Nhi, is a true gift to travelers. Among the many, many helpful things she did for us: She arranged for car transfer from the airport to Hoi An, which was very reasonably priced. She went out of her way to help us get the most out of our few days there, recommending various activities, restaurants, even a fantastic cirque du soleil inspired show with music, dance and acrobatics which was great!

"The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value."

So glad we stayed in HoiAn beach area rather than DaNang. Old town a very easy grab ride away and we went in most days and to enjoy the markets and night lantern vibes. "We really enjoyed this properly away from the hustle and bustle of the main town right on the river side and a great cafe right next door . Motorbike rentals and coconut basket boat tours next door down and a shop about 150 meters away for bits and pieces . Only 8min grab ride from main township. Enjoying the sounds of frogs in the evening chirping away close to nature but with all the amenities for convenience . Loved the pool low key chill vibe stay . Will be back for sure "
