"Nice nostalgic room, clean, good bed. Bathroom was smaller but ok. Grounds were beautiful. Large outdoor patio. No free breakfast but restaurant had very good food. Free parking with handicap spaces. Also had an elavator. This was a historic property and very beautiful inside "

"The property was very well located, right across the street from a little (excellent) coffee place, a good restaurant (Avenue), grocery and gas station. It was easy to get to many of the popular trails by car. It was very quiet in the unit, even though it faced the Ave of the Giants. The woman who checked me in was extremely pleasant and helpful.The negatives were that the unit decor was way overdone, with flower motif (decals and artwork) on literally everything (toilet and mini-fridge, walls etc) and so many pillows that I had to put them away before I could sit on the little couch. Maybe because it was off-season, there was no daily maid service, and the office was only open certain hours in the late afternoon, though they did have a number posted so you could call them. The bathroom sink was VERY slow to empty, but I never reported it."
