Enjoyed staying here - unique views of the river and city. Comfortable place, well designed and well cared-for. Nice welcome note and everything was very clean. Lots of useful information provided. Manager very responsive on email when I had a question.

A bijou property that was originally a bridge house with views across the canal. There is heat which was needed as cold this week. Unfortunately there is traffic noise. There is no sink in bathroom but we squeezed the shower gel to cover our hands and then washed our hands in the bedroom sink. There are cupboards for clothes and cups, plates, cutlery and hairdryer. If you like different you will enjoy this experience.

Great spot to enjoy and explore the city. Comfortable and thoughtful room, cleaned and prepared carefully which I appreciated. Getting the code to enter the room didn’t happen automatically but once I had asked for it then coming and going was straightforward.

Reception were helpful and check in/ check out was easy. The underfloor heating didn’t work which meant the lounge area felt a little cold but reception gave us a portable heater which did work well. We were comfortable and I can imagine it would be stunning in good weather (we were unlucky with all the rain). There’s a tumble dryer and fresh linen etc. WiFi was excellent as was the tv choice for wet days. Deposit was returned quickly. There are extra fees (cleaning and bed linen) but the bed...
